Get it down IN WRITING

Hey! Today i would like to share with you guys about an article that i read just now. I took it from my favourite magazine, CLEO! You guys should have it because the content is full of good tips and knowledge. You will gain all that from this magazine with reasonable price. For Malaysia, the price is only RM 5.60 but for the other countries, i don’t have any idea. Sorry. 😦
Okay, let’s get it started! Did you know that Blogging, journaling – call whatever you want, writing or typing out your thoughts and feelings help your body? More than you know!

  • SLEEP MORE SOUNDLY. According. To Michael Breus, PhD, author of Beauty Sleep, penning your feelings down before bedtime brings about relaxation that helps promote sleep.

  • HEALTHY HEART. Writing about emotional topics  such as missing your boyfriend (Just like i did. LOL.) helps to lower blood pressure and heart rate, keeping you ticker in better shape.

  • SHOO STRESS AWAY! A recent study published  in The American Journal of Public Health said that a month of expressive writing can help reduce hypertension. You may feel worse at first when writing about your worries, so keep at it for at least three days till you pass that phase.
  • IMPROVE YOUR  IMMUNITY. Expressive writing may encourage production of white blood cells, which fight infection, suggest researchers from the University of Texas at Austin. That translates to fewer flu-inflicted days!

All in all, it is essential for you to try this. You’ll feel the excitement that i got from writing. As long as you wannna write, it doesn’t matter if u write in a blog or in a book. You can write anything you want. You’ll enjoy it. Trust me! Wanna bet? =D
